Okay, well since the initial post makes OLX look bad, too, then viewers are forwarned away from it. Pretty crazy way to advertise.

Do you mean the complaint itself, is spam?

This is also spam, it's rhetorical to get you to go to olx.com and purchase something (this is also why the signature advertises "used mobile phones lagos". Of course no native speaker of English would say "lagos".

Correct

That's Nigeria, right? You have to go by whatever the rules are in Nigeria. That kind of stuff happens often there. I moved this topic to the Selling forum, so folks will know about it. At least your complaint is online and searchable, now. Suggest you change your title to 'OLX ripoff' or something like that. Maybe edit your post with more details about the seller name, etc. so it will ADVERTISE who did this to you.

I really wish I could help you further, but the rules for redress have to be handled by the home country.

Yesterday I wanted to buy used mobile phones lagos on olx.
I found a Blackberry phone and contacted the seller, he is asked to make an advance payment, and I did. Then he disappeared.
I have written in support of the OLX and said about scam but they said that I blame myself, how do I get my money back?
