Thank you for Paint XP. Just be aware, that there are a TON of bloatwares preceding it. Select only CUSTOM install, and then hit decline every time all the way through, so it seems like you've totally aborted the installation. Very tricky. If you do it rightly, ONLY Paint XP installs.

The new Windows paint drives me nuts because the interface isn't as fluid, and you can't specify transparencies! WHY software and hardware companies *remove* features is beyond me. Lenovo has consistently removed feature after feature on their awful laptops.
