Well, you can post it yourself in any forum you want. I'd suggest posting it in Computer Stuff, but it's up to you. If you're selling something, put it in the Selling Forum. I don't change others's posts, that's up to you to do. I don't censor,...

Victorian Baking
First post
Documentary on older baking techniques, one thing of note is the usage of "heritage grains". Modern wheat strains have a higher gluten content, and what's a bit of a shame is that older grains that are not commonly grown anymore have a lot...

Cooking for Geeks
First post
Book review, sounds like something to buy, here .
I never understand Bible until I can account the case endings, grammar, syntax and other geeky things, so maybe now I can learn to cook, too. :bookread:
Your thoughts?
Last post
Looks like my kind of cook book. I'm really good at seasoning and flavor, but I tend to get impatient with the cooking time and therefore screw up the texture. This might show me where and when its ok to cut corners.

What is your favorite gum?
First post
In my eyes, Trident Layers is the best gum because:
1. It's flavor lasts as long or longer than other gums. Not that that's very long.
2. It stays soft, even after hours of chewing. One of the few gums that does this! And unlike others it doesn't...
