This guy is well-known for making freeware that works. Clone or backup your Win10 before you use the utility, which you can install to a stick rather than install within Windows, click here.. ZDnet article recommending it just came out, click here.
Most of the stuff a regular user would know how to fix, but it's handy as a list of things that go bump, is faster, and if you have many machines with Win10, then it's maybe more useful than writing up your own batch files, or redoing gpedit.msc over and over.
I didn't use it, hence the first paragraph. The guy makes other versions for prior OSes, and of course depends on donations but won't bug you for them.
